We stay in Khaolak Emerald from 2 May 2010 - 25 May 2010. - Formal Evaluation is in the forms. Special Thanks for the Management. as Story : In the begining we were staying in Villa No. 3, But Air condition doesn\'t cool enough in the second day. Hotel Management promised that it will be in order after 1 hour. The Engineer group was not able to solvee the problem.!! The hotel Management decided to change us into the Villa No. 19. This Villa was higher Class Catagory and was including for the private swimming pool. - We have been extremelly satisfied and happy in your hotel !! We will recommed to all our friend to your hotel. ** About the Breakfast. We have travelled all over the world and seen many item at breakfasts, your breakfast is the best breakfast that we ever had !!. Last year we were stayed in Briza but your is much better ..your breakfast is excellent and the first class.!! - We will come again next year. - All hotel staff are very good. and we do have one staff to recomment for promote. her name Miss Kung at the breakfast outlet.

Wagner : Duestch : Room No. 2835 Quality of breakfast buffet good, but for other meal only average.!! All service at the swimming pool are good (sunbed, umbrella, cleanliness and staff service) We would like to recomment this hotel for everyone!
